Italian Sandwich

After I got home from an afternoon of errands, I threw together this Italian sandwich. It hit the spot,
oh yeah, oh yeah.



Ingredients:
  • French bread
  • Mayo
  • Mustard
  • Sun-dried tomatoes with some oil from jar
  • Sliced banana peppers
  • Leftovers of this recipe
  • Mozzarella cheese
Slice your French bread in half and hollow out some of the inside. Toast the bread in the broiler. Spread with mustard and mayo and top with the remaining ingredients, cheese goes on top. Throw back under broiler open-faced until the cheese bubbles. Close sandwich.


I passed the taste test.
