You'll Need:
- Onions cut into rings
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar, to taste
Saute your onions in olive oil until nearly transparent. Add balsamic vinegar and simmer until onions are fully cooked and reach desired color.
I served the onions with sun-dried tomato pasta (similar to this recipe) and pork chops. For the summer, I'm going to make a ton of these onions for burgers. Happy eating.
