Delicious. Super rich. All thanks to my uncle, who brought some of this deliciousness back to us after his month in New York visiting and working. And thank you Junior's for your cheesecake. We could barely get a few bites in before we'd had enough. It's so rich.
I sliced up the rest into thin portions, covered in plastic, and froze them. To eat, take out and thaw on the counter or in refrigerator (depends on how fast you want to eat your treat). Once your cheesecake has softened to your liking, enjoy!
