I'm not one to spend hours online watching random videos, but I have to admit that I've been glued to all the drama surrounding the latest episode of Kitchen Nightmares that took place at Amy's Baking Company in Scottsdale, AZ.
After a heated few days of filming that resulted in Gordon Ramsey walking away from a failing restaurant for the first time in nearly one hundred episodes and the premier of said episode earlier this month, the owners Amy and Samy Bouzaglo closed their doors in preparation for a grand re-opening to take place today.
It's all explained quite well by Laura Hahnefeld in her article "Amy's Baking Company: Overcooked Reality and the Decline of Western Civility."
And what I believe is the only interview the Bouzaglos have given was with none other than MasterChef's Monti Carlo.
Parts two through seven are all up now as well. If you'll excuse me, I'm going to lose more brain cells and watch the newly released part seven--and then see what the sold out grand re-opening has in store because, well, why not?
Here's the full episode:
