Last weekend we went to the library for story time and their annual book sale. The story time theme was "Bug-tastic!" and the craft for the day was coloring the a bug-themed crown she has on her head. She wore it for over four hours after we left the library!
The book sale was fantastic. We made out with, I think, 20 children's books for about $17! The box next to Dianna in the pic above is filled with our loot.

Pinoy (Filipino) Pride Celebration - The Jabbawockeez are going to be there as well other local Filipino celebrities. And, of course, there'll be food. A lot of food.
San Gennaro Feast - Always fun. Always delicious food. Live music.
Kids' Mix and Frozen Yogurt Festival - The largest kids festival in Las Vegas. For $5, get unlimited frozen yogurt courtesy of Golden Spoon. Have the kids work it off in the jumpers and listen to awesome live music. Oh, and meet Spencer from Good Luck Charlie. Secret: I love that show.
Finally, enjoy free pony rides and barbecue at Friendly Ford on N. Decatur and US-95 on Saturday! Thanks to my father-in-law for that info. Ask for Bill if you want a good deal on a car. If not, just shrug the dealers off and enjoy the festivities.
